EASTON, PA -
Seton Hall won both doubles matches, ending any Lafayette hope of coming
back from a 4-2 deficit after the singles portion of the match.
Felicia Turturiello and Lily Fardshisheh both took their matches, but not without a great deal
of work. Turturiello went three sets, finally winning 6-4, 4-6, 6-3. Fardshisheh had to go
even deeper in to defeat Seton Hall's Judie McAulay, winning 7-5, 6-7 (6-8), 7-6 (7-3).
It is the first loss for the women's team, who are now 1-1 in the spring. They travel to Franklin
& Marshall College this Saturday, March 25 for an 11:00 a.m. start.
