The Lafayette Sports Network (LSN-TV)
The Lafayette Sports Network launched in 1997 as the exclusive marketing and promotional arm for Lafayette College Athletics. While the main emphasis lies with live broadcast (television, streaming) production and distribution, the Lafayette Sports Network also handles the Fisher Stadium and Kirby Arena video boards, high-end stadium and arena signage, game programs, hospitality areas, and game-day promotional events.
Award-Winning Distribution
Regionally, Lafayette Sports Network telecasts are aired to more than 10 million viewers in Eastern Pennsylvania and Western New Jersey, and more than 90 million viewers nationally via DIRECTV and DISH Network. In fact, Broadcasting & Cable Magazine has recognized the Lafayette Sports Network as one of the best college- or university-owned networks nationally.
LSN broadcasts air live regionally on Astound Television Network (ATVN) in the Lehigh Valley and Astound Television Network (ATVN) in Boston, NYC, Philadelphia, Chicago and Washington, DC. Select LSN telecasts air on NBC Sports Philadelphia and NBC Sports Philadelphia +.
Nationally, the Lafayette Sports Network sets the standard for institutionally-run television networks in terms of distribution. Throughout its history, LSN has held partnerships with Mid Atlantic Sports Network (MASN), NBC Sports Bay Area and California, NBC Sports Chicago, NBC Sports Boston, SNY, ESPN3 & WatchESPN, ESPN College Extra, Empire Sports Network, CBS Sports Network, CSTV, DirectTV and DISH Network.
All Lafayette Sports Network television broadcasts and live streaming productions are available live worldwide via live video streaming through the Patriot League's partnership with ESPN+.
