LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J. (www.lafayette.edu) - The Lafayette men's tennis team improved to 11-3-1 on the season with a 7-0 win over Rider on Monday afternoon in non-league action.

H'Cone Thompson posted a 6-2, 7-5 decision over Elliot Eiche at No. 1 singles for his team-leading 15th win of the season.

Devin Murphy, Craig Helstowski and Jeremy Fehrs earned wins in their first singles appearances of the season for the Leopards.

Lafayette returns to action on Thursday at 3 p.m. when the Leopards travel to Villanova.
