EASTON, Pa. (www.lafayette.edu) - Towson won three of four singles matches to claim a 3-2 win in women's tennis on Saturday at the Northwood Racquet Club.

Danielle Bailey and Stephanie Rosman defeated Alecia White and Allyson Simon, 6-0, 6-2 to give Lafayette a win in the day's only doubles match.

Lauren Clarke picked up the Leopards' other victory with a 6-4, 6-3 win over Kelly Parsons at second singles. Eva Otanki won 6-3, 3-6, (10-8) over Lisa Fung-Kee-Fung at No. 1 singles to give Towson the match-deciding point in a tiebreaker.

Jess Woolfolk downed Lafayette's Jessica Kissen, 6-0, 6-1 at No. 3, and Meghan Fitzgerald fell 7-6 (7-1), 6-2 to Amanda Scatuorchio at No. 4.

Lafayette's season record stands at 5-2.
