EASTON, Pa. - The men's team concluded its fall season with a 4-3 loss to Hofstra on Sunday afternoon. Sophomore Eric Wiley remains undefeated in dual matches with a win at No. 5 over Matt Wacks.
Freshman Justin Haar and sophomore James Murphy also registered singles victories for the Leopards (5-1). Haar defeated Tytus Stempniewciz in straight sets, winning 6-2, 6-4. Murphy recorded his third victory at No. 4 (7-5, 2-6, (10-5).
In doubles, junior Lee Kojanis and Wiley paired together at No. 2 to win 9-7. Kojanis fell in his singles match at No. 2 to Nenad Radakovic 6-4, 6-3.
The men's tennis team will continue play in the spring championship season at Boston College on Feb. 9 at 3:30 p.m.
