BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Lafayette women's tennis team closed out its fall schedule at the Lehigh Fall Champions on Sunday in Bethlehem, Pa. The Leopards were swept by Delaware and Fordham on a windy day.

Freshman Lucy Bass put up a fight against Delaware's Ivana Petrich but fell 6-1, 6-3.

In doubles play against Fordham, Kristie Cavanagh and partner Alison Dally played strong against Momka Chao and Jenny Mullen and were beaten 8-4 in the end. Liza Blank and Austin Denesuk were defeated 8-2 against Angie Dabo and Bethany Boyle while Emily DeLuca and Bass dropped an 8-0 decision.

The women's completed their fall schedule and will come back on Feb. 26 to open their spring season against NJIT.
