EASTON, Pa. -

The Lafayette men's tennis team split their matches this weekend winning 7-0 to West Chester Saturday afternoon.

At No. 5 singles, Scott Gelbam defeated Michael Sim, not allowing Sim to win a single game, 6-0. Steven Benezra, Doug Gallagher, James Murphy and Justin Harr all posted a 6-0, 6-1 win in their matches.

For the doubles match-up's Murphy and Andrew Morris won their set 8-0 against West Chester's Alan Day and Sim. Eric Wiley and Gallagher beat their opponents 8-2, as did Harr and Gelbam.
