EASTON, Pa. -

Lafayette (6-10) hosted Wagner on Saturday, sweeping them 7-0 and Bucknell on Sunday, falling 4-3.

On Saturday, Lafayette threw Evan Ju, Matthew Scheps and James St. Onge into the fire against Wagner and all three came out on the winning side of their singles matches.

In doubles, James Murphy and Andrew Morris teamed up to defeat Taylor Santoro and Yirmeyah Beckles 8-3. After winning his singles match, Matt Scheps teamed up with partner Matt Aaron to defeat Scott Scriffignano and Zac Lewis 8-1.

On Sunday, Doug Gallagher defeated Anton Kovic in No. 1 singles 6-3, 6-4, Justin Haar beat Josh Katten in No. 3 singles 6-4, 7-6 (6) and Scott Gelbman defeated Zach Hascoe in No. 4 singles 6-2, 7-5.

In doubles, Gallagher teamed up with James Murphy and came out on the losing end of an 8-6 decision against Anton Kovic and Kelly Morque.

Lafayette hosts Lehigh on Tuesday at 3 pm.
