The Lafayette women's tennis team hosted the New Jersey Institute of Technology on Saturday, falling to the Highlanders by a score of 6-1. Freshman Lucy Bass earned the Leopards' point with a win at No. 6 singles.
Bass' victory came in straight sets over NJIT's Megan Guidry, 6-4, 6-2.
The Leopards are back in action on Saturday, hosting Wagner in a 2 p.m. match. Lafayette downed the Seahawks, 6-1, on Staten Island in the fall season.
