EASTON, Pa. - The Lafayette men's and women's tennis teams will hold a "5 for 5" fundraiser on Monday, April 30 at Sullivan Tennis Courts beginning at 4:30 p.m. The event will supplement the tennis program's annual operating budget with a portion of the proceeds also benefiting Lauren's First and Goal Foundation.
For a fee of $5, participants will play a total of five points against a student-athlete from either the Lafayette men's or women's tennis team. Participants will win a prize for each point that they win. The "5 for 5" fundraiser is open to the public.
Sullivan Courts, an outdoor, six-court facility, are located on Sullivan Road on the campus of Lafayette College. The rain date for the event is Tuesday, May 1 at 4:30 p.m. Any questions regarding the event can be directed to head coach Eric Ratchford at ratchfoe@lafayette.edu.
Lauren's First and Goal Foundation is a 501c3 charitable organization that provides financial support for brain tumor research and cancer services, offers financial and emotional support to families living with pediatric cancer and increases awareness of the disease.
