EASTON, Pa. - The Lafayette men's tennis team picked up all seven points, dropping just 20 games in nine matches in a 7-0 defeat of Muhlenberg on Friday afternoon at Northwood Racquet Club.
Brandon Goldstein took care of the top singles match with a 6-1, 6-1 defeat of Dan Lakhman to lead six singles wins for the Leopards. Goldstein then teamed up with Brian Stefanowicz to down Muhlenberg's Lakhman and Max Blumenthal in the top doubles match of the day, 8-1, while the teams of Jake Lazer and Brian Pinkard, and Mason Keel and Evan Alexander won each of their doubles matches, 8-2 and 8-5, respectively to complete the sweep.
Below are all the results from Friday's match. Lafayette took on La Salle this afternoon and will host Rider on March 7 at Northwood Racquet Club at 2:30 p.m.
