Box Score LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP, N.J. – The Lafayette women's tennis team won five singles matches and swept the doubles action to post an 8-1 victory over Rider.

Sophomores Cecelia Lesnick and Samantha Snyder got the Leopards off to a solid start with straight set wins at No. 1 and No. 2 singles, respectively. Freshman Maureen McCormack and junior Meredith block also posted victories in contested singles matches and sophomore Ruthie Wilson won by default.

Lesnick and Snyder teamed to win the No. 1 doubles pairing and Conrad and Block followed suit at No. 2 doubles. Wilson and McCormack were unopposed at No. 3 doubles for a default win.
