EASTON, Pa. – Lafayette men's tennis split the weekend against Colgate and Villanova on College Hill's Leopard Courts. The Maroon and White downed the Raiders on Saturday, 4-3, for the first time since the 2007-08 season before falling to the Wildcats, 4-0, on Sunday.  

"[Colgate's] match was a big win for the program. We had huge success in doubles," said head coach Ralph Van Ormer. "Magnusson and Woolley took their match pretty easily, followed by Ganchi and McKenzie. Lerner and Gelber each helped seal the match with great singles victories."

Next up, Lafayette hosts a rematch against Saint Francis on Wednesday at 4 p.m. Originally, the Leopards were set to host the Red Flash on March 27, before the match was postponed.
