EASTON, Pa. – Liam Brandt secured Patriot League Golfer of the Week honors Wednesday afternoon after winning the individual championship in the Fripp Island Intercollegiate.

Over 54 holes, Brandt netted a team-high eleven birdies and two eagles. The sophomore never finished a round with a score above even par for the three rounds of the tournament.

The Chester, N.J. native shot five-under-par at the par-71, 6,617-yard Ocean Creek Golf Club, leading the Leopards to a third-place finish in the 11-team field.

The Fripp Island Intercollegiate marked the end of the fall season for the Maroon and White. The team returns to the links in February at the Palmas del Mar Collegiate in Humacao, Puerto Rico.
