EASTON, Pa. - Lafayette's
Addison Kahn was voted as the Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week on Monday afternoon.
The junior faced a total of 31 shots through the first two games of the season. She made six saves in the 2-1 victory over Kent State, before holding #1 Northwestern to a 1-0 outcome. Against the two-time defending national champion Wildcats, Kahn registered a career-high nine saves. Her save percentage rests at .882.
Katie Gibb was selected as an honorable mention for her efforts this week.
The Patriot League field hockey players of the week are selected in a vote by League head coaches, who are not eligible to vote for their student-athletes.
The Leopards host Temple on Friday at 6 p.m. for the home opener on Rappolt Field.
