EASTON, Pa. - Lafayette field hockey earned two Patriot League Player of the Week awards on Monday afternoon. Katie Gibb secured the midfield role, while Addison Kahn took home the laurel for goalkeeper.

Gibb scored two goals and added one assist in Lafayette's wins against Colgate (2-0) and VCU (2-0) to extend field hockey's win streak to six games. Against the Raiders, she scored one goal and dished out an assist to help Lafayette start 1-0 in League play. The Vancouver, B.C. native scored the first goal of the victory over the Rams on Sunday off a deflected shot. 

Kahn posted shutouts in both wins, making two saves against the Raiders in the League season opener. The junior goalkeeper made one save versus the Rams. She currently holds a .794 save percentage and a 0.88 goals-against average.

Stella Malinowski and Rosalie van Gool were selected as honorable mentions for their efforts.

The Patriot League field hockey players of the week are selected in a vote by League head coaches, who are not eligible to vote for their student-athletes.

The Leopards return to conference play at Colgate on Friday at 4 p.m.
