2021: Finished 9^th at the PL Champs 8K in a time of 25:22.7…finished 102^nd at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic 10K in a time of 33:19.8.
2019: Placed fourth in the 6K at the Towson Invitational...finished eighth in the 8K at the Lafayette-Lehigh dual meet...took 16th in the 8K at the Leopard Invitational...came in 18th in the 8K at the Patriot League Championships...finished 72nd in the 10K at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships.

At Indian Hills: Won the individual title at the Big North Patriot Cross Country Championships…won the individual title at the 2018 Bergen County Meet of Champions in cross country…won the individual title at the 2018 NJSIAA North 1, Group 2 Championships…named 2018 North Jersey Cross Country Runner of the Year…served as captain of cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track senior year... earned spot on 2018 and 2017 All-Bergen County teams in cross country…named The Bergen Record’s Male Athlete of the Week…earned three varsity letters in cross country, winter and spring track…member of the National Honor Society…served as vice president of DECA for two years.

Personal: Son of Bob and Ellen...has two older sisters, Jules and Jackie...born March 31, 2001.

What are your favorite things about Lafayette?
My favorite thing about Lafayette is the sense of community I have experienced here. From the people on the team and off the team, everyone wants to see you succeed.
 
What has been your favorite moment while competing for Lafayette?
My favorite moment while competing for Lafayette was after the Paul Short meet. Everyone ran really well and we all realized that the work we had been putting in was paying off.
