Coach Dailey on Ryder: 'Ryder has improved in leaps and bounds over the last three years. He is the 2006 recipient of the Coaches Award recognizing his accomplishments and his team spirit. The team will need him to step up again as the sole captain this season. I know he will lead as a role model and leader. I can[apos]t think of anyone better to rely on.'
