2023-24: Indoor - 10th in long jump (16’ 1.25”) at Spartan Invite… Second in triple jump (35’ 9.25”) at Moravian Invitational… Fifth in long jump (16’ 10.75”) at dual meet vs. Lehigh… 20th in long jump (16’ 0.5”) at Rutgers Invite… Second in triple jump (36’ 5”) at Bucknell Tune Up… Ninth in long jump (17’ 7.25”) at Patriot League Championships.

2022-23: Ran a time of 9.50 in the 60 hurdles at the West Point Open.

2020-21: Lehigh Season Opener LJ 16’ 3”... TJ 36’ 0.75”.

What are your plans after Lafayette?
I am currently in the process of applying to fellowships and graduate programs abroad in the United Kingdom and Europe either continuing my studies of international relations and economics or expanding to maritime policy and economics.

What are you involved in outside of track and field?
Outside of track, I am a member of the National College Athlete Honor Society Chi Alpha Sigma, an outreach board member of the Lafayette Empowering Female Athletes Club, as well as founder and president of the Lafayette Hellenic Society.

At Tenafly: Won the 2020 NJSIAA Group 3 and NJSIAA North 1, Group 3 championships in the 55-meter hurdles... Placed sixth in the triple jump at the 2020 NJSIAA Indoor Track & Field Meet of Champions... Qualified for 2020 New Balance Indoor Nationals in the triple jump... Named 2020 All-North Jersey First Team in triple jump... Won indoor triple jump, long jump, and hurdles titles at the  Big North Conference Patriot Division Championships... Won the outdoor high jump title at the 2018 Big North Conference Patriot Division Championships... Captured the indoor triple jump title at the Big North Conference Patriot Division Championships... Named to the 2020 North Jersey Dream Team... Earned four varsity letters in indoor and outdoor track and field... Served as co-editor of the school newspaper. 

Personal: Daughter of Spiro and Gena Dongaris... Has two older siblings, Yianni and Elena... Born April 18, 2002.
