Outdoor - Fifth in 3000 meters (9:01.56) at Maryland Invitational… Second in 3000-meter steeplechase (9:48.50) at dual meet vs. Lehigh… Fifth in 1500 meters (4:02.54) at Covert Classic.
2022-23: Ran a time of 4:27.01 in the mile at the Bucknell Tune-Up… ran a time of 9:08.04 in the 3000 meter at the Spartan Invite.

Why did you choose Lafayette?Â
I chose Lafayette because it offers a learning environment where I can succeed. The small size of the college, along with the wide array of class offerings, provide me the opportunity to explore different areas of learning while getting individual attention from faculty.Â
What is your favorite event in track & field? Why?Â
My favorite event in track & field is the mile. I have been running the mile since fifth grade and can say for certain no two races have ever been the same. That’s what makes it exciting to me.
At Roman Catholic: Selected All-Catholic First Team three times for cross country and track and field... Part of school-record 4x800 relay team... Holds a 1000m school record... Earned Cross Country Team MVP three times... Earned four varsity letters for cross country and track and field... Received Roman Catholic HS Sports Hall of Fame Scholar Athlete Award... Member of National Honor Society and Student Council.
