Stephen Plunkett is in his first year at Lafayette as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. He will be working 10 of Lafayette's 23 Division I athletic teams.

Prior to joining the Leopards' staff, Plunkett served as a sports performance coach at Velocity Sports Performance in Allentown.

Plunkett received his Bachelor 's Degree in Business Management from Moravian College in 2007 and his Bachelor 's Degree in Sport and Exercise Science from DeSales University in 2010.

In addition to his professional experience, Plunkett completed the 140.6 mile Ironman Louisville Triathlon in August 2011.
