The third-leading scorer in Lafayette men's
lacrosse history, Evan Deoul `84 is one of the greatest
to ever wear the Maroon and White on College Hill.
A two-sport athlete during his days at Lafayette,
playing soccer and lacrosse, Deoul was renowned for
his stick work. He led Lafayette in scoring his
sophomore through senior seasons, and upon
induction owned school records for most goals in a
career (123) and most goals in a game (10). Deoul also
ranked third on the all-time points list with 203. He
led the Leopard stickmen to a 30-19 record from
1981-84. He earned All-East Coast Conference (ECC)
honors his senior campaign after tallying 44 goals
and 22 assists for 64 points. Deoul twice earned team
Most Outstanding Offensive Player honors, while
being named team MVP following his junior
campaign, when he scored 44 goals and dished out
18 assists.
