Lafayette College Athletics

The "Golden Voice" of Lafayette Athletics is no stranger to anyone who has attended any variety of sporting events at Lafayette College. James Finnen has been the public address announcer at Lafayette for over 25 years, and has also lent his voice to Patriot League basketball tournaments, several Patriot League Championship events, and ECC basketball events. Finnen coined the phrase familiar to all Lafayette hoops fans, "and now, let's play basketball" to start off all Leopard basketball games and is an esteemed and dear friend of the College.
