A star quarterback who completed
57.3 percent of his passes and totaled 6,378
yards and 51 touchdown passes in three
seasons, Frank was the fourth all-time
leading passer in NCAA I-AA and held eight
of the top 12 all-time single-game passing
records at Lafayette upon the completion of
his career.
The winner of the Charles Albert
`08 Award, Frank set 21 school records, had a
career record of 21-10 and is the third-ranked
passer in school history. Frank recorded two
300-yard passing games in his career with his
career-high of 306 yards coming in 1983 versus
Columbia. Frank was Vice President for
Investments at Paine Webber, Inc. at the
time of induction.
