Starting in the 2020-2021 academic year all athletic department staff and coaches will participate in annual multicultural training. These training sessions include topics such as gender and sexuality, ethnicity and race, religion and socioeconomic status, and age, ability, and allyship. Separately all staff and coaches receive Title IX training as well.
Additionally student-athletes are provided a number of training opportunities that include, but are not limited to; campus safe zone training offerings, Title IX workshops with training videos and other resources, as well as athlete ally game discussions/promotions.
