Lafayette College Athletics

Spectator Guidelines - Spring 2021

Lafayette Athletics is allowing limited spectators at its outdoor venues this spring when the campus is in operational level 1. It is expected that all fans will adhere to the spectator guidelines listed below. If that doesn't occur, outside guests will be restricted from future contests or all spectator access will be revoked.

Spectator Guidelines:

  1. Be aware of COVID-19 symptoms. Self-assess before leaving to attend anything on campus and self-assess again as you depart or return home from an event. If you, anyone in your party visiting campus or anyone you have been in contact with has any of the symptoms listed, please do not come to campus.
  2. Masks must be worn at all times.
  3. All guests must practice physical distancing by remaining at least six feet from others.
  4. Tailgates will not be permitted.
  5. Spectators associated with visiting teams will not be provided access to events.
  6. Specific entry gates into venues will be designated for spectators.
    1. Patrons will be required to maintain physical distance if waiting to get into the event.
  7. Invited spectators will be contacted directly and provided registration information.
  8. Individuals/groups will be assigned to designated seating areas within the venue when necessary/applicable.
  9. Guests of our student-athletes and coaches will not be permitted to come into close contact with any member of the Lafayette community (including student-athletes) at any point before, during, or after the athletic event.
  10. Portable restrooms will be utilized at all of our venues to ensure that fans and spectators outside the Lafayette College community, who are not being tested weekly, are not entering any of our campus facilities at any time during their visit.
  11. Concessions will not be sold.
  12. The digital rights for the live broadcast of Lafayette's home athletics events are with ESPN+. Personal live streaming is expressly prohibited and will be enforced in the venue.
  13. Contact Lafayette College immediately at (610) 330-5100 if anyone in your visiting party shows symptoms of or tests positive for coronavirus within 14 days after your visit, so that the contact tracing protocol can begin to ensure the safety of our College community.
  14. Failure to comply will result in dismissal from the facility, suspension of ability to return for future events, and/or complete shutdown of access to spectators in general.

Note: The spectator guidelines are subject to change.
