Can fans tailgate at/near their vehicles?

• Yes, fans can tailgate at/near their vehicle in legally parked locations, but will not be able to take up multiple parking spaces or restrict vehicular traffic flow. In the event of an emergency situation, access must be maintained for emergency vehicles. 

What if members of my tailgate are not arriving at the same time I am?

• We suggest arriving together upon entry to Markle Parking Deck. We will then assign vehicles to parking spots as they arrive.

Is tailgating permitted on all levels of Markle Parking Deck?

• Tailgating is permitted on all levels of the Markle Parking Deck. A centralized tailgating space for all Leopard fans to enjoy is located in the southeast corner on the first (lowest) level. This location helps to ensure there is no obstruction to vehicular traffic flow and access to our parking spaces on the various levels. Lafayette College Athletics will provide a complimentary allotment of tables and chairs in the first-level tailgate area on a first-come, first-serve basis.  
• Please note that larger tailgates on levels two and three of the Markle Parking Deck overflowing into vehicular traffic lanes will be directed to the centralized tailgate area on the first (lowest) level. Ensuring safe vehicular traffic flow and pedestrian access are prioritized to provide a safe experience for all fans.

May people park and use their own table and chairs if they are set up behind their car?

• People may bring tailgating accessories to use in direct proximity to their vehicle, but will not be able to take up multiple parking spaces or restrict vehicular traffic flow. In the event of an emergency situation, access must be maintained for emergency vehicles. 

Where is centralized tailgating area for Lafayette fans?

• On first (lowest) level of Markle Parking Deck toward the Southeast corner 

Is there a designated tailgating area for fans of the visiting team?

• Yes. The tailgating location for fans of visiting teams playing at Fisher Stadium is the parking lot at 901 Bushkill Drive. 

If I don’t have a parking pass, where should I park?

• If you are a fan with a game ticket and WITHOUT a parking pass, please do not attempt to park at the Markle Parking Deck, Hamilton Street or Pierce Street areas that are restricted near campus. Your options are:
  • Leopard parking deck
  • Authorized street parking on College Hill or downtown Easton
  • Fans of visiting teams: Bushkill Commons Lot (901 Bushkill Drive)
