2023: Placed 42nd at the Harry Lang Invitational (20:15.5)… Garnered third place vs. Lehigh with a final time of 24:59.89… Finished 514th at the Paul Short Invitational (26:40.2)… Took home 86th at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (25:16.3)… Finished in 26:15.9 for 40th at the Patriot League Championships… Secured 61st with a final time of 31:13.3 at the NCAA District Championships… Contributed to team NCAA Division I All-Academic honors.

2022: Garnered ninth at the Bison Opener with a final time of 19:16.3… Finished in 25:48.20 for fifth vs. Lehigh… Placed 655th at the Paul Short Invitational (26:13.7)… Took home 138th at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (26:20.7)… Claimed 45th at the Patriot League Championships (26:06.2)… Finished 127th at the NCAA District Championships with a final time of 32:58.3.

2021: Finished 14th at the Bison Open 4K in a time of 20.57.7… Finished 276th in the Lehigh Paul Short Run 8K in a time of 25:58.8… Finished 68th at the PL Champs 8K in a time of 26:59.2… Finished 116th at the NCAA Division Mid-Atlantic 10K in a time of 33:42.5.

Why did you choose Lafayette?
It has everything I could want from a college, a small student body, an amazing campus, an amazing location, a very deep list of interesting courses and majors, and a liberal arts college, to add to that I can run here.

What is your favorite event in track? Why?
The 1600. It’s like the perfect mix of endurance and speed, any shorter and speed wins but any longer endurance wins.
