2011-2012: Named captain of the men[apos]s cross country team...ran in the top three all season...won the 3,000m run at the Indoor Lehigh Dual...named to the Cross Country Patriot League Honor Roll.
2010-2011: Ran the 10,000m at the Outdoor Patriot League Championships...owns the 10th best performance in school history in the 10,000m...was a member of the cross country team...earned Patriot League Honor Roll honors for cross country and track & field.
High School: Placed third at the PIAA AA Championships (3200m)
