What are you involved in outside of cross country?
Outside of cross country, I am involved in student-faculty research as well as many clubs and organizations including the Lafayette Consulting Group, Lafayette Investment Club, American Society of Civil Engineers, Oaks Leadership Academy, and Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. While on campus, I also enjoy volunteering at the Project of Easton Food Pantry alongside some of my teammates.
What are your favorite things about Lafayette?
I cannot say enough good things about Lafayette, but my favorite aspects are the well-rounded liberal arts and engineering education, the small class sizes, the abundant student research and involvement opportunities, the guidance from the Gateway Career Center, and the beautiful campus in addition to my teammates, coaches, and professors.
What has been your favorite moment while competing for Lafayette?
My favorite moment while competing for Lafayette — in hindsight — has to be the 2019 Paul Short Run at Lehigh University for cross country. Just about every member of the team had a PR and we significantly improved our team average and team finish from the year prior. It was very rewarding to see all our hard work pay off during that race.
