2020-21: Started all six games in the team's spring season...led the team in assists with two...one of three Leopards to play every minute of every game this season...selected to the All-Patriot League Second Team...named to the Academic All-League Team...selected to the NFHCA Division I Senior Team...named the Patriot League Preseason Defensive Player of the Year...named to the Zag Sports Tours/National Field Hockey Coaches' Association (NFHCA) 2020 Division I National Academic Squad...earned spot on the 2020 NFHCA Division I All-Mideast Region Second Team.

2019: Started all 20 games...scored three goals and had seven assists for 13 points...selected to the All-Patriot League Second Team...selected to the 2019 Patriot League All-Tournament Team.

2018: Played in 12 games, starting 10 in her sophomore season...scored her lone goal in the loss to Temple (9/7).

2017: Started all 18 games as a freshman...tallied five goals and an assist for 11 points on the year...registered the game-winner in a 3-2 win over Colgate on Sept. 16...scored both of Lafayette's markers int he 3-2 loss to Quinnipiac on Oct. 23.

At Albert-Schweitzer: Began her hockey playing career from a young age at Rahlstedter Hockey and Tennis Club…played for Klipper THC Hamburg since 2006, places second and third in the state’s championships several times…qualified for German championships, placing fifth…has played in the first team ladies selection since 2016, participating in the first and second divisions of Bundesliga…was a german champion in 2015 as part of the Hamburg selection team…off the field, she was a part of the Children International Summer Villages program.

Personal: Daughter of Katrin Duwel-Steps and Ulf Steps…has an older brother, Johann, and a younger sister, Greta…majoring in Psychology.
