Lafayette College Athletics

2023: Saw game action in nine and started in seven contests... totaled a goals-against average of 1.02 (8 goals against)... made 20 saves on 57 shots faced... recorded a SV% of .714... secured two shutouts... named Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week on Oct. 16... stood alone in the cage during both of Lafayette's games in the Patriot League Tournament (Nov. 2 versus Boston U. and Nov. 4 against top-seeded host American).

2022: Saw action in nine games while starting in six... made 21 saves on 79 shots... concluded the season with a goals against/average of 2.0 and a save percentage of .618... made a season-high five saves on Sept. 17 against American.

2021: Did not see game action during the fall 2021 season.

2020-21: Played and started in two games during the six-game spring season...made eight saves and posted a .615 save percentage...made two saves in debut against American (4/4)...saved a career-high six shots against Bucknell (4/11).

At Buckingham Browne and Nichols: Started all four years in the cage in addition to two years of lacrosse at the same position…won the BB&N Senior Cup in 2019, while serving as a team captain…winner of the All-Independent School League Award in 2017 and 2018, and was a Class B All-NEPSAC First-Team honoree in 2017…earned All-Independent School League honorable mention laurels in 2016 and Class B NEPSAC honorable mention status in 2018…played on the club circuit with Wizards Field Hockey and Northeast Elite Field Hockey, where she won Regional Club championships in 2016 and 2017, and finished 13^th at the National Club championship in 2017…winner of the Desiree Rogers King Fund scholarship for artistic accomplishment…served off the field as a Girl Scout Ambassador and volunteered with the Massachusetts Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, and at the ODD Cat Sanctuary…sang for the Boston Children’s Chorus for four years.

Personal: Daughter of Kerry Black and Kevin Garvey…has a younger brother, Ollie.
