AT NEWARK CHARTER: Played varsity field hockey (5 years) and lacrosse (4 years)… recorded 10 goals and 14 assists during her field hockey career… team secured an undefeated regular season in 2024, two state championship appearances and two Diamond Conference championships… a three-time All-Diamond State Conference selection… a two-time First Team All-State member… served as a team captain in 2024… ranked in the top 10 players in the state by Delaware Online/News Journal… compiled 33 wins as a part of the lacrosse program… a Second Team All-Conference Lacrosse honoree… earned honor roll from 2021-2025 and distinguished honor roll in 2022… the Lang Cares Scholarship winner… received the Elks Most Valuable Scholarship… a member of the National Honor Society, French Honor Society, Finance Club… has club experience with the Delaware Sharks under Loveita Moffett and Jen Zuck… was a three-time Nexus Championship selection… named to the Under Armer Select Game in 2022.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Jana and Joseph Ambrose… has two brothers, Austin and Dylan… mother, Jana, played field hockey for Delaware… her grandfathers played basketball at Towson and baseball at La Salle, respectively… uncle was on the baseball team at Delaware… served as her school’s chapter president of the Andrew McDonough B+ (Be Positive) Foundation, raising over $30,000 for children with cancer and their families.
