At Rijnlands Lyceum: Part of a regional championship-winning field hockey team…the squad also placed second in the National School Championships…played club field hockey for Leidsche en Oegstgeester Hockey Club.
Personal: Daughter of Catharine and Johannes van der Geest…has two brothers, Jan and Timo…Timo plays tennis at Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vt.
