Biography

2021-22: Finished tied for second with a one-under-par 215 at the Lagowitz Memorial Invitational hosted by Colgate (9/3-5)...placed tied for third with a two-under-par 208 at the Gimmler Invitational played at Bethpage Red (9/10-12)...placed third at the Connecticut Cup (10/2-5), shooting a three-under (213)...top Leopard finisher at the Georgia State Invitational (10/10-12) where he shot a five-under-par 211 to help lead Lafayette to a second-place team finish...finished t-53 (229) at the Savannah Intercollegiate (2/19-20)... tied for 40th scoring a 12-over par 152 (75, 77) at the Columbia Spring Invitational (4/4)... helped the team finish second in the ABARTA Collegiate Invitational (4/10-11), scoring a two-under-par total of 142 (72, 70)... led the Leopards with a total score of 145 (76, 69) at the Wildcat Spring Invitational (4/18-19) to finish in a tie for eighth... tied during a better ball doubles match in the Presidents’ Cup (4/22) versus Lehigh, partnered with Saw... assisted the team in a second-place finish during the Patriot League championship (4/29-30, 5/1) with a team score of 15-over par (294, 297, 288 - 879)... won the individual PLC title with a four-under score of 212 (69, 73, 70).. awarded the Men’s Golfer of the Year award as well as status as an All-Patriot League First Team member... selected to the six-person Academic All-Patriot League team... finished his career with a 12-over-par cumulative score in the NCAA Division I New Haven Regional (5/16-18) to finish in a tie for 62nd out of 75 of the nation's best (72, 74, 76).

2020-21: Placed t-18 with a 152 at The Carpetbagger ((3/20-21)...carded a two-over 72 to finish t-12 at the Rolling Green Intercollegiate (4/3) where Lafayette placed fourth in the team competition...his 145 at the Wildcat Invitational (4/12-13) placed him t-15...shot a 150 to place t-21 at the Abarta Coca Cola Collegiate Invitational (4/18-19)...secured points in the better ball and alternate shot competition against Lehigh in the Presidents' Cup (4/23) before halving his singles match...finished tied for ninth in the Patriot League Championship after shooting a 223 and helping lead Lafayette to a third-place finish in the team competition.

2019-20: Finished T-2 (76-66-73) in the season-opening Alex Lagowitz Memorial in Hamilton, N.Y...second round of 66 (-6) at the Lagowitz was the lowest round of his collegiate career as well as the lowest round by any participant in the three-round event...was T-11 (72-69-71) in the Doc Gimmler Invitational in Farmingdale, N.Y...named the Patriot League Male Golfer of the Week on 9/11...was T-7 at the UConn  Invitational that featured two rounds of par-72...finished T-14 at Lehigh Invitational...shot a final round 69 at FGCU Classic to move into a T-9 in the event...delivered 1.5 points as the Leopards reclaimed the President's Cup over rival Lehigh halving his singles match and combining with Drew Steiner for a victory in alternate shot...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2018-19: Shot a 69 in the first round and finished T-11 at the Matthews Auto Collegiate Invitational at par-72 Hiawatha Landing in Apalachin, N.Y...Finished T-10 with a 223 at the UConn Invitational at par-71 Greathorse in Hampden, Mass...Won a full singles point in the President's Cup by defeating his counterpart from Lehigh 3-and-2...Finished T-6 with an even-par 144 to help Leopards to a runner-up finish in their own Abarta Coca-Cola Tournament to start the spring season...sparked team to second team title of the season at the Navy Spring Invitational with a T-2 finish at 72-73.

AT CONESTOGA: Four-year letter-winner for the golf team...First-team All-Central League (3x) and First-team All-Area as a junior and senior...Central Athletic League Champion in 2016...Philadelphia Junior Boys Champion and Philadelphia Amateur Semifinalist in 2018...13th place in Pennsylvania Boys Championship...Several top-20 finishes in AJGA events...First Honor Roll all four years...Participated in Fellowship for Christian Athletes and Investment Club.

PERSONAL: Son of Susan and John Tall...has four siblings - Sarah, Michaela, Katherine and Emily...Father, John Tall ('81), played college lacrosse at Lafayette.
