2022: Ran a time of 5:04.93 in the mile at the Lehigh vs Lafayette meet…ran a time of 9:50.07 in the 3000 meter at the Villanova Invitational…ran a time of 16:52.62 5000 meter at the Rutgers Open.
2020-21:Â Lafayette Open 1500 meter 4:46.55...PL Champs 5000 meters 17:11.18.
2019-20:Â Placed eighth in the 3000M at the Patriot League Indoor Championships...outdoor season was cut short due to COVID-19...won the 3000M in the Lafayette-Lehigh indoor dual meet...earned silver medal in the indoor 3000M at the Fastrack National Invitational.
2018-19: Earned silver medal in the 5000M at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships...placed second in the 1500M at the Leopard Invitational...won the 5000M in the Lafayette-Lehigh outdoor dual meet...won the indoor Mile at the Bison Open and Spartan Invitational...placed sixth in the 3000M at the Patriot League Indoor Championships...placed fourth in the indoor 3000M at the Villanova Invitational.
At Owen J. Roberts: Helped 4x800 relay place fourth at the PIAA AAA Outdoor State Championships...aided 4x800 relay to third-place finish at the PIAA District 1 AAA Championships...finished as runner-up in the 3200 at the PAC outdoor championships...helped DMR place fourth at the PIAA AAA Indoor State Championships...earned three varsity letters in track...

What are you involved in outside of track and field?
I am a part of the LEAP (Lafayette Environmental Awareness and Protection) club and the Lafayette Happiness Project. I also am a teaching assistant for general biology labs.
What is your favorite event in track and field? Why?
My favorite event is the 5K because it is a very strategic race and you have to have a good mix of endurance and speed to compete in it.
What has been your favorite moment while competing for Lafayette?
My favorite moment was when I got 2nd place in the 5K at the outdoor Patriot League Championships as a freshman. The support I received from my teammates before, during, and after that race was immense, and I will never forget it.
