Why did you choose Lafayette?
I chose Lafayette because I felt like I could get to know all my classmates and professors on a more personal level than at a larger school. Along with the fantastic academics, Lafayette is everything I could ever want.
What is your favorite event in track? Why?
My favorite track event is the pentathlon. Ever since I started track, I always wanted to do as much as I could at the track meets. It started with lots of jumping and running but eventually with a little push from my coaches, it evolved into the multi-events.
High School:Â 2025 Class C State Championship in pentathlon... 2026 third place at State Championships in pentathlon... 2x State qualifier outdoor... 3rd place in the 4x200 relay, 2x State qualifier indoor... NYS Section 4 Champion 6x... Section 4 Class C champion x11... Section 4 indoor sportsmanship award... School Record in high jump, pentathlon, long jump, 110-meter hurdles and 55-meter hurdles... Earned 11 varsity letters across football, wrestling, indoor track, and outdoor track... Member of National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society.
