Why did you choose Lafayette?
I chose Lafayette because of the team dynamic. I had the chance to speak with some current athletes before committing and I heard nothing but good things about the team, coaches and attitude within the program. Additionally, it was important to me to attend a school with a respected academic reputation and Lafayette was the perfect fit.

What is your favorite event in track? Why?
My favorite event in track is pole vault because of its technical nature. I love that every part of the jump has to be done right for it to be productive and how clearly progress can be seen. It’s an addictive sport and my favorite thing to do.

High School: Set and broke both indoor and outdoor pole vault school records... Seven-time varsity letter recipient for track and field... Senior co-captain... Academic honor roll recipient... Rising Star Award and Outstanding Field Award recipient. 

Personal: Daughter of Jeanine and Daniel O’Mara... Has an older brother, Patrick... Born November 14th, 2003.
