2024-25: Indoor - 18th in the mile (5:31.41) at Bucknell Tuneup.

Outdoor - 13th in 1500 meters (5:08.92) at Lafayette Open… Sixth in 5000 meters (18:20.78) vs. Lehigh… First in 5000 meters (18:31.36) at Bucknell Team Challenge… Second in 5000 meters (18:56.79) at Covert Classic.

2023-24: Indoor - 24th in mile (6:02.86) at Moravian Invitational… Sixth in 3000 meters (11:02.67) at Bucknell Tune Up.

Outdoor - Fifth in 5000 meters (19:52.73) at Lafayette Open… Fifth in 5000 meters (19:00.71) at dual meet vs. Lehigh… 30th in 3000 meters (11:14.11) at Bison Outdoor Classic.

Why did you choose Lafayette? 
I chose Lafayette because it offers the rare opportunity to be a part of a small student body while also providing the culture of Division 1 Athletics. When I went on an official visit in the fall of my senior year, I was immediately drawn to the team dynamic with its balanced approach to rigorous academics, athletics, and social life.

What is your favorite event in track? Why?
The 3200 was my favorite track event in high school because I thrive on the endurance and strategy involved in competing in longer distances. Unlike the rush of the 800 and 1600, there is plenty of time to get into a groove and find your footing.

High School: Ran a time of 11:37 and placed 16th in the 3200m at the PIAA District 7 (WPIAL) AAA Championships… Placed 9th in the 1600m at the 14th Annual P3R South Fayette Invitational with a time of 5:31.54… Ran a time of 19:47.00 in the 5k (XC) at the 47th Annual McDowell Invitational and placed 2nd… Placed 22nd in the 5k (XC) at the 19th Annual Red, White & Blue Classic with a time of 19:25.00… Earned four varsity letters in cross country, and three in outdoor track... Member of the National Honor Society... Student Council Senator junior and senior year… Member of the Global Competence Initiative… Student Ambassador and Freshman Mentor.

Personal: Daughter of James Alvin and Leigh Anne Shaver... Has three older brothers, James (1999), Oscar (2000), and Henry (2003)... Born on April 11, 2005.
