2019-20: Placed third in the 500M and long jump at the Lafayette-Lehigh indoor dual meet...took third in the long jump at the Bison Open...helped the 4x400 relay place seventh at the Patriot League Indoor Championships...outdoor season was cut short due to COVID-19.
2018-19: Placed third in the 400M at the Lafayette-Lehigh indoor dual meet...took ninth in the 400M at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Invitational...helped the distance medley relay place ninth at the Patriot League Indoor Championships...finished 14th in the long jump and 16th in the 400 at the Patriot League Indoor Championships...placed third in the long jump at the Greyhound Invite...finished sixth in the 400H at both the Leopard Invitational and the Carol and John Covert Classic...took 13th in the long jump and 18th in the 400H at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships.

At Woodbridge: Won the 400M at the 2018 Virginia High School League (VHSL) Cardinal District Championships...placed second in the long jump at the 2018 VHSL Region B Championships...helped 4x400m relay place second at the 2016 VHSL 6A State Championships...contributed to 4x400 relay’s 11th-place finish at the 2016 New Balance Outdoor Nationals...finished ranked in the all-time top 10 in the 400M, long jump, and outdoor 4x400 relay...served as team captain for two consecutive years (2017 and 2018)...named team’s MVP for two consecutive years (2017 and 2018)...earned Most Improved XC Runner in 2017... member of the National Honor Society...served as historian for Student Government...earned AP Scholar recognition.

Personal: Son of Kayo and Chris...has a younger brother, Antoine...born on Dec. 27, 1999.

What are you involved in outside of track and field?
Outside of track and field, I am involved in outside of track and field are Peer Mentor, Facility Monitor for Recreational Services, and Oaks Leadership Academy. 

What advice would you give to someone looking to apply to Lafayette?
The advice I would give to people applying to Lafayette is to always follow your heart. 

What are your favorite things about Lafayette?
The best part about Lafayette is the people you meet. The people on this campus are nice, friendly people that will always greet you with a smile.
 
What is your favorite event in track and field? Why?
My favorite events in track and field are both the long jump and the 400 hurdles. The long jump is my favorite event because of the adrenaline rush you get just standing on the runaway and the pit. The 400H is a relatively new event for me, however, I like it because it tests my limits and see if I can push even harder. 

What has been your favorite moment while competing for Lafayette?
My favorite moment competing for Lafayette was the 2019 Lafayette-Lehigh outdoor dual meet. It is not just the fact that we won the meet, the team camaraderie during that meet was impeccable.
