Why did you choose Lafayette?
I chose Lafayette because of its outstanding academics. The colleges I was looking at were similar academically, all had strong pre-health programs. My high school chemistry class was cut short due to COVID-19, and I learned Lafayette offered additional small group classes in chemistry, which seemed like a good fit. I was a little nervous about the official visit but attended classes, watched practice, and got to know some of the girls. By the end of the visit, I did not want to leave! I ultimately chose Lafayette because Coach DuPaul and the Lafayette track girls made me feel at home during my official visit.

What is your favorite event in track? Why?
My favorite track event is the 400m. I have run it so many times, but each time I learn something new because it’s a bunch of small races in one. It hurts more than any other race, but I love the challenge.
