Outdoor - Second in 3000 meters (8:51.11) at Maryland Invitational… 14th in 1500 meters (4:13.81) at Lafayette Open… First in 5000 meters (15:25.21) at dual meet vs. Lehigh… 14th in 1500 meters (4:10.34) at Covert Classic… 14th in 10,000-meter run (31:31.58), all-time performance, at Patriot League Championships… No. 9 all-time in 10,000-meter run (31:31.58).

2022-23: Ran a time of 8:46.08 in the 3000 meter at the PL Indoor Championship… Ran the mile in a time of 4:41.05 at the Moravian Indoor Meet.

Why did you choose Lafayette?
It has everything I could want from a college, a small student body, an amazing campus, an amazing location, a very deep list of interesting courses and majors, and a liberal arts college, to add to that I can run here.

What is your favorite event in track? Why?
Indoor 3k, I feel like it's easy to relax while still staying focused and in the race, and it's not too long where you want to tear your legs off.

High School: All-Conference runner in the Big 8 Cross Country Championship 2018-19-20... All-Region runner in the NCHSAA 3A Mideast Regional Cross Country Championship 2018-19-20... Placed 10th at NCHSAA 3A State Cross Country Championship in 2019... Placed 5th at the NCHSAA 3A State Cross Country Championship in 2020-21... All-Conference runner in the Big 8 Track & Field Championship 2018-19-20... All-Region runner in the NCHSAA 3A Mideast Regional Track & Field Championship in 2019, and 2021.
