Why did you choose Lafayette College?
I chose Lafayette because of its spirit of curiosity and the community's enthusiasm on and off the track. I was drawn to this school because I believe in challenging myself by pursuing things that initially feel intimidating. Lafayette’s close-knit environment encourages students and professors to engage in hands-on learning and promotes study beyond the classroom. These values showed me this was a place where I could grow both academically and personally over the next four years. 

What is your favorite event in track? Why?
My favorite event in track is shot put because it allows me to channel my energy and concentrate fully. Training to increase my PR has helped me build both mental resilience and physical strength. I enjoy the discipline it requires and the satisfaction that comes from steady progress and hard work. It has taught me that staying consistent is key to unlocking the strongest parts of myself, and I look forward to improving upon this at Lafayette.
