Why did you choose Lafayette?
I chose Lafayette because of the warm atmosphere and academic rigor. With both a focus in liberal arts and STEM, Lafayette was a place I see myself growing at.

What is your favorite event in track? Why?
My favorite event in track and field is the shotput. I like the shotput because it’s seen as the greatest feat of strength in the sport of track and field, although it’s really both a combination of power and technique.

High School: Won the Lancaster-Lebanon League Championship in the shotput... Placed 5th in the Lancaster Lebanon League Championship in the Discus... Placed 4th in the AAA District III PIAA Championship in shotput... Placed 4th in the AAA PIAA State Championship... Placed 3rd in the Nike Indoor Nationals in the Emerging Elite category... Was named MVP in the 2023 Outdoor Track
and Field Season... Earned 3 Varsity Letters in Track and Field and 2 Varsity Letters in Varsity Football.

Personal: Son of Ivan Tejada and Andreina Falcon... Has a younger sister, Bella.
