2019-20: Placed fifth in the pole vault at the DeSchriver Invitational...finished sixth in the pole vault at both the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Invitational and Lafayette-Lehigh indoor dual meet...outdoor season was cut short due to COVID-19.
2018-19: Placed eighth in the pole vault at the Spartan Invitational...did not compete in the outdoor season.
2017-18: Placed sixth in the pole vault at the All-American Invitational...took 10th in the Lafayette 8-Way Invitational.
Personal: Daughter of Dottie Vilardo and Fred Knowles...has an older brother, Jack, twin sister, Annie, and younger brother, Charlie.
What are your plans after Lafayette?
After college I plan to work for the department of defense after two years of interning in the field.

What are you involved in outside of track and field?
Outside of track and field, I work at MOJO 516 as a barista and I am a volunteer for Best Buddies and Habitat for Humanity. In my free time, I love to bake.

What is your favorite event in track and field? Why?
I may be biased, but pole vault is definitely my favorite event. The thrill of the event is unlike any other.
