Why did you choose Lafayette?
I chose Lafayette because of its charming campus, incredible academics, and vast resources. After visiting, I realized the vibrant community and individualized experience Lafayette provides was unlike any other school on my list. I felt Lafayette was exactly what I needed to become the best version of myself, both in the classroom and on the track.

What is your favorite event in track? Why?
My favorite event is the 400m because there are endless ways to improve your race strategy. Although I am not the biggest fan while running it, the sense of relief and gratification after crossing the finish line is an unbeatable feeling.

High School: Qualified for the California Winter State Championship in the 60m and 300m in 2023... Assisted the 4x400m relay team in a 5th-place finish at the CIF Southern Section Finals in both 2022 and 2023... Qualified for CIF Southern Section Prelims in the 4x100 relay in 2023... Earned Female Athlete of the Meet at the 2022 Thousand Oaks Invitational... Placed eighth in the 400m at the Ventura County Championships in 2023... Contributed to the 4x400 relay team's 7th-place finish at the Arcadia Invitational... Aided in the 4x400 relay team's 3rd-place finish at Mt. SAC Relays...
