Why did you choose Lafayette?
One of the main reasons I chose Lafayette was because it felt like the right balance of academics, athletics, and community. I wanted a school where I could challenge myself in the classroom while continuing to compete in track at a high level, but I also wanted to feel like more than just a number. From the moment I visited, I could picture myself there. The coaches and team made me feel welcomed, and I knew I would have the support to keep growing as both an athlete and a student. Beyond track, I was drawn to the close-knit campus, strong academic programs, and the opportunities to get involved, making Lafayette feel like a place where I could truly succeed over the next four years.

What is your favorite event in track? Why?
The 400-meter dash is my favorite event because it challenges me in a way no other race does. It requires a balance of speed, strength, and mental toughness, and every race pushes me to find another level within myself. I enjoy the strategy behind pacing the race and the feeling of giving everything I have over one lap. Even though it's one of the most demanding events in track, that's exactly why I love it. The satisfaction of finishing a strong 400 and seeing the hard work pay off makes it the most rewarding event for me.
