2024-25: Indoor - Eighth in 60-meter dash (7.04) at Spartan Invite… Sixth in 400 meters (50.01) at Gotham Cup… Seventh in 200 meters (22.54) at Gulden Invitational… Second in 400 meters (51.10) and third in 200 meters (23.51) at Lehigh… Ninth in 400 meters (50.21) at Widener Indoor Classic… Sixth in 60-meter dash (7.12) and fourth in 200 meters (22.56) at Bucknell Tuneup… Contributed to No. 9 all-time and fourth-place finish in 4x400-meter relay (3:19.44) at Patriot League Championships.

Outdoor - Second in 400 meters (49.73) vs. Lehigh… Fourth in 400 meters (50.00) and seventh in 200 meters (22.30) at Bucknell Team Challenge… Contributed to No. 5 all-time and first-place finish in 4x400-meter relay (3:14.87) at Penn Relays… Contributed to new school record and fourth-place finish in 4x400-meter relay (3:12.99) and 11th in 400 meters (49.14) at Patriot League Championships… 30th in 400 meters (49.82) and contributed to No. 2 all-time and second-place finish in 4x100-meter relay (40.99) at ECAC/IC4A Championships.

2023-24: Indoor - Eighth in 200 meters (22.60) at Spartan Invite… Second in 60 meters (6.98) and 200 meters (23.08) at dual meet vs. Lehigh… 19th in 400 meters (50.90) at Rutgers Invite… 15th in 200 meters (22.28), all-time performance, at Fast Track Invite… 18th in 60 meters (7.20) at Patriot League Championships… No. 10 all-time in 200 meters (22.28).

What are you involved in outside of track and field?
In the fall I'm an active member of the LEO program, which means that I am a part of the organization that introduces incoming freshmen to campus and to help them get acclimated to campus life. The main idea of the program is to allow incoming students to have at least one familiar face when coming to campus to help them feel welcomed.

What are your favorite things about Lafayette?
My favorite things about Lafayette are the Rivalry Week traditions leading up to the Lafayette versus Lehigh football game, movie nights on the quad are always enjoyable, especially with friends, and having quick and easy access to the downtown area directly from campus is super convenient, especially for Garlic Fest, Bacon Fest, and the Winter Village. I also really enjoy the main quad, especially in the early fall and spring. This is mainly when everyone is outside, lounging, playing games, playing music, it just adds to that “college feel” where everyone is out and about just enjoying life and I love it.

What has been your favorite moment while competing for Lafayette?
One of my favorite moments while competing for Lafayette was my first ever Lafayette versus Lehigh indoor meet. Ever since coming to campus I always heard how each team has their rivalry game against Lehigh, so I was so excited to finally be able to compete against our rivalry team. What made it an even more memorable experience was that I won both of my events (60m and 200m) at the finish line by a step, securing first place for both races.

High School: Won the MA High School State Championship for soccer… Member of 7 Track and Field Records - 55m, 100m, 200m, 4x100m, 4x200m, 4x400m, SMR… Placed at Nike Nationals Twice (Emerging Elites) - 6th for the SMR and 4th for the 100m…Placed 6th in the MA State Championship for the 55m (Qualified for the 60m at Nike Nationals)... Placed 1st in the MA State Divisional Meet for the 100m… Placed 5th in the MA State Championship for the 100m... Placed 7th in the New England Championship for the 100m... Placed 3rd in the MA State Divisional Meet for the 4x100m… Member of the National Honor Society…Member of the National Art Honor Society… Recipient of the Dartmouth Book Award… Member of the Student Government all four years - class treasurer for all four years… Student Ambassador for West Springfield High School.

Personal: Son of Stephen and Cristina Conca… Has two younger sisters, Mia and Gemma, Mia is also on the Lafayette track and field team.
