2023-24: Indoor - Second in 3000 meters (8:57.99) at dual meet vs. Lehigh… 11th in 5000 meters (15:07.12) at Rutgers Invite… Fifth in mile (4:22.01) at Bucknell Tune Up… 17th in 5000 meters (15:03.13) at Patriot League Championships… Made the Academic All-Patriot League Team.

Outdoor - Sixth in 5000 meters (15:26.70) at Maryland Invitational… Fourth in 3000-meter steeplechase (9:57.20) at dual meet vs. Lehigh… Third in 1500 meters (4:01.72) at Covert Classic… 25th in 5000 meters (14:53.36) at Patriot League Championships.

What are your plans after Lafayette?
After I graduate from Lafayette College, I am planning to pursue a career in traction power engineering for a company based out of NYC. With this, I will be designing and managing the building of subway and train stations in the metropolitan area. 

What is your favorite event in track? Why?
The 5000 is definitely my favorite track event. This event requires a certain level of patience and the ability to read a race well to see how it plays out. The 5000 is also a race that I have been doing for years and is a great measure of how far I have grown since I first laced up my racing shoes. 

What has been your favorite moment while competing for Lafayette?
My absolute favorite moment during my Lafayette running career was during the Bison Outdoor Classic last year. There was a massive downpour on the way to the meet but the minute we arrived the rain stopped, and the weather was beautiful. Not only was this fun because of the competition and the great conditions but through the entire night everyone on the team ran amazing races. It is one thing to have a great race but to watch all your friends and fellow teammates run great as well, there is nothing better than that.

Personal: Son of Margaret and Donald… Has two older brothers, Jack and Michael, and a twin brother, Gavin who runs at Colgate... Born on Oct. 17, 2001.
