What are your favorite things about Lafayette?
My favorite things about Lafayette are the close-knit community and the small class sizes.
What is your favorite event in track? Why?
My favorite event in track is the 800 because it is very challenging both physically and mentally.
What has been your favorite moment while competing for Lafayette?
My favorite moment while competing for Lafayette was being on the 4x400m relay at the indoor Patriot League Championships during my freshman year.
High School: Qualified for Indoor Nationals sophomore year in the 4x800… Qualified for Penn relays in the 4x400 and 4x800 sophomore year… On the winning team of the Section IX cross country meet junior year (first time in school history) and qualified for states and NYS Federation meet… Qualified for Indoor Nationals in the DMR (800 leg) junior year… Cross country captain senior year… On the winning team of the Outdoor Track Section IX Championships senior year (first time in school history)... Member of National Honor Society and World Language Honor Society junior and senior year… Earned a varsity letter every season of cross country and track throughout high school.
Personal: Daughter of Chris and Caroline Tippin... Has a younger sister, Riley, and an older sister, Alicia... Born on February 20, 2003.
